An interesting post at counterpunch.org describes a plausible reason as to why the presumable Republican Presidential nominee has not released more than just his 2010 tax return. In 2009, the IRS offered amnesty to 30,000 ultra wealthy citizens that were hiding taxable income in offshore bank accounts. Under the amnesty agreement, the IRS promised not to pursue criminal charges and keep information confidential in exchange for the owed taxes and penalties from the money hidden in offshore bank accounts. The 30-year-old bonobo chimp, Kanzi, has been observed creating tools on par with tools created by early humans. The chimp is also famous for learning sign language and even creating words for banana and juice by himself. Kanzi is noted as being the only animal to make somewhat advanced tools, like; wedges, choppers, scrapers and drills. 36 universities in Iran have announced that 77 courses will be “single-gender” and effectively exclusive to men only. Critics say that the ban is a result of women outperforming men in recent years and at odds against the traditional male-dominated viewpoint of religious leaders in Iran.
